The Vice President, Account Director, is an Account Services department position for someone with the ability and understanding to manage one brand with multiple indications, or multiple brands of moderate size and align the brands’ strategies and tactics with the overall client/corporate vision. The VP, Account Director owns the application of brand strategy into the master tactical plan development and tactical execution for his or her brand while contributing to the overall brand plan. As the leader of the account group, the VP, Account Director accepts final accountability for client satisfaction at the product manager level, and provides guidance across multi-disciplinary teams, inspiring them and ensuring their development. The person in this position contributes to the overall growth and positive culture of the agency, with a solution-orientated approach that drives team motivation and delivers results for the agency, brand, and client.
