  • Oversee fleet operational planning and capabilities; spanning registration and titling through remarketing (including vehicle disposal workflow, selection and management of optimal remarketing channels, optimizing resale proceeds etc.), and continue to optimize and scale capabilities in support of existing and new customers, markets, and services
  • Lead and continue to build out a high-performing fleet operations team which manages all stages of the fleet lifecycle, including recruiting, developing talent, workforce planning, setting clear performance expectations, fostering a culture of accountability, and seeking continuous improvement
  • Build and oversee long term portfolio strategy for our fleet assets including maintaining accurate forecasts of the value of Inspiration’s fleet portfolio (in particular, residual values), tracking market trends, accounting for emerging risks and anticipated remarketing activities, and ensuring the organization and partnering teams (including Sales, Finance and Customer Success) have relevant data points to understand the financial implications of decisions related to our fleet portfolio
  • Build strong collaboration between Fleet Operations and internal teams, including Customer Success, Advisory, Product and Finance; establishing cross-functional communication norms and processes
  • With the team, continue to build out and maintain scalable processes, playbooks, and performance metrics for Fleet Operations; leveraging data and analytics to provide deep insights into ongoing performance and decision-making as well as AI and automations to continually modernize workflows
  • Present and participate as a subject-matter expert and fleet leader in regular briefings to Inspiration’s Executive Team, periodic briefings to our Board, and in meetings of our internal Fleet Business Council and Industry Advisory Board
