The VP, Divisional Sales is responsible for sales activities and continually reinforces the Company’s strategic vision and corporate purpose by leading with emotional intelligence, embodying Company values, and inspiring innovation. This role is responsible for developing Regional Account Management individuals and teams to maximize their contributions, drive success, and foster career growth.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Experience
  • 8 or more years of prior work experience
  • Strong sales, customer service, and relationship management skills within mortgage banking or mortgage insurance.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

  • Set clear goals and expectations for Regional Account Managers; regularly review progress, celebrate successes, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Achieve strategic sales call cadence objectives for in-person meetings, video conferences, and phone calls with customers, prospects and key contacts, in alignment with management expectations.
  • Execute and manage strategies to maximize economic value (EV), including expanding market share with existing customers.
  • Maintain effective working relationships with assigned customers and key/primary contacts.
  • Conduct monthly meetings with each Regional Account Manager to review goals, discuss customer strategies and challenges, share innovative ideas, and provide guidance, feedback, and resources.
  • Collaborate across departments, including Sales Operations, Client Solution Account Specialists, Risk Management, and Loss Mitigation, to support strategies and optimize outcomes.
  • Ensure accuracy of all customers and contact records.
  • Analyze data into actionable business insights.
  • Participate in leadership development opportunities and apply learned skills to daily activities.
  • Regularly operate in the field making sales calls with Regional Account Managers (RAMs) and coaching them based on observations and expectations.
  • Develop relationships with key executives of the top customers in the region.
  • Foster a culture that reinforces company values, respects team members, and encourages communication, collaboration, and innovation.
  • Perform other duties as assigned or apparent.

Benefits

  • Competitive Compensation : anticipated base salary from $126,000 to $180,000 based on skills and experience. This position is eligible for an annual incentive program and long term incentive program.
  • Rest and Relaxation. This role is eligible for 30 days of paid time off annually , which is prorated in the year of hire based on hire date. In addition, based on your hire date, you will be eligible for 9 paid holidays + 2 floating holidays.
