In this role, you will lead our internal marketing team in executing campaigns that drive brand awareness, optimize the website, enhance customer experience, and generate leads. Requirements

7+ years of digital marketing experience with at least 3 years managing teams responsible for complex, multi-channel deliverables
Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects with competing deadlines and stakeholders
Strong track record of meeting or exceeding marketing KPIs and conversion goals
Experience managing external marketing agencies and vendor relationships
Proficiency with core marketing tools: Google Analytics, Google Ads, Google Search Console, HubSpot Breeze AI, and social media advertising platforms
Highly organized with meticulous attention to detail and excellent communication skills
Familiarity with AI-driven marketing tools and automation technologies
Proactive self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit and willingness to take on challenges
