About The Position

Sodexo has an exciting, impactful leadership opportunity available: VP, Digital, AI & Innovation, North America and Global Consumer Experience Products The VP, Digital, AI & Innovation, North America & Global Consumer Experience Products is a senior leadership role responsible for driving digital transformation outcomes across North America while owning the global product strategy for key consumer‑facing digital products. This leader bridges regional business priorities with global product vision, ensuring digital and AI initiatives deliver measurable value for consumers, clients, and operators.Success in this role requires strong strategic leadership, hands‑on execution, and the ability to influence across a complex, matrixed organization. This is a remote role with domestic and international travel. The preferred candidate will be able to work Eastern Standard Hours to accommodate global meetings

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience leading digital, product, or innovation initiatives at scale, ideally across regional and global environments
  • Strong expertise in product management, including customer discovery, roadmap prioritization, adoption, and value realization
  • Proven experience delivering digital and AI transformation programs in large, complex organizations
  • Ability to translate ambiguous business challenges into actionable plans with measurable results
  • Strong executive communication, influence, and collaboration skills across matrixed teams
  • Experience leading and developing senior leaders and managers
  • Bachelor’s degree required

Nice To Haves

  • Advanced certifications in product management, change management, or AI transformation preferred

Responsibilities

  • Lead North America Digital, AI & Innovation strategy by translating business priorities into clear roadmaps with defined KPIs, owners, and outcomes
  • Own the global portfolio of consumer experience digital products, setting product vision, prioritization, investment decisions, and lifecycle management
  • Drive cross‑functional execution, partnering with technology, data, operations, marketing, and business teams to unblock delivery and ensure successful deployment and adoption
  • Build strong governance and stakeholder alignment across North America and global teams to enable fast decision‑making and shared accountability
  • Lead and develop high‑performing teams, coaching product, digital, and innovation leaders while fostering a culture of execution, collaboration, and impact
