For what people actually talk about. As an VP, Creative Social Strategist, you lead ideas designed to live where audiences live first: social, creator platforms and owned channels. You blend the instincts of a creative director with the speed and craft of a creator. You don’t wait for coverage — you spark conversation. Your job is simple: make work people choose to engage with. You are equal parts strategist, maker and leader. You spot trends early, move fast and turn cultural signals into ideas that travel. Requirements

10+ years of experience in a digital/social marketing role, writing or creating content for a range of social channels
8+ years of experience working at an ad agency, digital agency or as part of an in-house creative agency
A deep understanding of social platforms and best practices, and curiosity for emerging platforms
5+ years experience as a people manager

Responsibilities

Drive social-first ideas that create relevance, conversation and measurable business impact.
Set the creative and social vision across your accounts, ensuring everything is designed to spread, not just launch
Lead culturally sharp, platform-native ideas across owned, creator and paid ecosystems
Turn insights, trends and data into work that earns attention organically
Partner closely with strategy, analytics and production to make and ship work at the speed of culture
Guide clients through modern content ecosystems and help them show up authentically, not opportunistically
Sell bold thinking with clarity and conviction
Build senior client relationships rooted in trust, candor and results
Constantly evolve tools, formats and ways of working to stay ahead of how content actually moves
Lead by example as both a thinker and a maker
Coach teams on storytelling, craft and social-native execution
Create an environment where experimentation is encouraged and learning is constant
Develop diverse talent and champion inclusive creative perspectives
Give clear, actionable feedback and expect the same in return
Help rising creatives grow into leaders
Scope, staff and forecast work responsibly
Balance creative ambition with operational efficiency
Contribute to new business and organic growth through modern, culturally fluent thinking
