Overview Presbyterian Healthcare Services exists to improve the health of patients, members and the communities we serve. We are a locally owned, not-for-profit healthcare system of nine hospitals, a statewide health plan and a growing multi-specialty medical group. Founded in New Mexico in 1908, we are the state's largest private employer with nearly 14,000 employees - including more than 1,600 providers and nearly 4,700 nurses. Oversees compliance across an integrated delivery system, including both health plan and care delivery operations. Designs, implements, and manages a comprehensive Enterprise-Wide Compliance & Privacy Program aligned with federal guidance from the OIG, OCR, and industry standards. Partners with senior leadership to identify and mitigate enterprise risks, ensure regulatory readiness, and uphold ethical conduct through robust policies and the PHS Code of Conduct. Continuously evaluates program effectiveness to prevent, detect, and correct legal or policy violations. This position is intended to be conducted in the state of New Mexico, with in-office presence.
