About The Position

The #HamFam is seeking its next VP, Company Store Operations. If you're passionate about attracting and developing top talent, delivering strong results, and implementing strategy within a growing brand, then this is the role for you. The ideal candidate will have proven success with elevating the guest experience through store operations, spearheading strategic initiatives with cross-functional teams, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. This role is based out of our Customer Support Center in Alpharetta, GA.

Requirements

  • At least 7 years experience leading a line of business within an organization in a Senior Director or VP level role .
  • Demonstrated record of excellent customer service, sales building not reflected in essential functions and quality standards.
  • Demonstrated experience at staffing and developing a high performing team through leadership and coaching.
  • Extensive understanding of P&L statements, budgeting and controllable costs.
  • Ability to influence various levels of the organization
  • Ability to translate vision and strategy into practical initiatives and actions.
  • Excellent organization/planning skills.
  • Possesses a valid driver's license in the state of residence and maintains a good driving record.
  • Maintains a specified minimum level of automobile insurance coverage and provide proof of same

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Inspiring and guiding field leadership through clear communication of goals and expectations, and fosters high performance culture where growth and achievement are recognized and celebrated, and best practices are shared for win/win outcomes.
  • Identifying and eliminating impediments to growing the business and improving sales and operations across the line of business.
  • Ensuring continuous improvement and achievement of established standards for store operations, product quality, and food safety.
  • Collaborating with marketing and sales team to identify and implement gifting and catering initiatives to drive profitable sales growth.
  • Assisting with shaping organizational strategy through results analysis and participation in business planning activities and meetings.
  • Developing a high performance management team through selection, development, and performance management of the team and building short and long-term succession plans. Assisting Multi-Unit Leaders as needed on market level issues.
  • Developing annual sales and expense budgets for company stores and associated overhead cost centers that are consistent with annual business plans and financial objectives.
  • Overseeing, analyzing and sharing competitive strategies for market growth with cross functional leaders.
  • Managing corporate and regional operational initiatives, which includes ownership of operations tests, rollouts, sales promotions, new products etc.
  • Reviewing and monitoring project and initiative performance metrics to ensure successful execution, sustainability and project transition to Multi Unit Leaders.
  • Effectively communicates with all levels within the organization and has the conviction to constructively express their viewpoint.
