About The Position

The VP of Commercial – USA is a bold, strategic, results-driven leader accountable for leading the Light & Wonder iGaming commercial team across the established and fast-growing American regulated markets. This role will be responsible for the creation and execution of commercial strategies to drive revenue growth across existing and new operator partners and markets through the development and management of a market leading commercial organization. This is a great opportunity to be part of our extended iGaming leadership team and lead a growing, team across the US. Requirements

  • Experience in similar commercial role/s (iGaming industry an advantage)
  • A technical understanding of the Online Gaming industry (an advantage)
  • A tenacious personality with an inner drive to achieve outstanding results
  • Excellent communication and relationship building skills

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive revenue strategy to maximize distribution and monetization for L&W iGaming assets across regulated markets and associated operators
  • Accurately forecast revenue and ensure achievement of annual revenue targets
  • Drive prioritization of the product pipeline from a commercial value perspective, shaping product and service enhancements to meet customer and market needs
  • Define, communicate, and update the region’s strategy and game roadmap, prioritizing opportunities and resources to achieve revenue growth
  • Lead negotiations of large-scale contracts, ensuring favorable outcomes and successful deal closures
  • Partner with internal teams (legal, finance, product, and marketing) to ensure contract terms are met and delivery commitments are achieved
  • Provide clear and compelling delivery of marketing and technical documentation to customers
  • Provide ongoing account management in established markets, fostering long-term customer partnerships
  • Provide comprehensive service to our enterprise customers – spanning multiple brands and jurisdictions globally
  • Manage our core accounts with strategic diligence and an eye for growth
  • Handle and prioritize operators’ daily issues in collaboration with internal support teams
  • Lead Monthly/Quarterly performance reviews (including QBRs), delivering insights, recommendations, and strategies to customers
  • Lead a high-caliber team ranging from Directors to Account Managers across multiple iGaming channels and products
  • Showcase in-depth performance reporting to key stakeholders, highlighting risks, opportunities, and areas of strategic focus
  • Influence senior-level decisions by providing commercial input on product roadmap, strategy, and customer needs
  • Ensure cross-functional collaboration to deliver business outcomes in line with strategic growth plans
