Role Overview: What You’ll Be Doing The Vice President, Commercial Strategy & Partnerships is a senior strategic leader responsible for driving Wheels Up’s commercial growth agenda. The role spans commercial strategy, market and customer insight, cross‑functional execution, partnership development, inorganic growth, and executive‑level storytelling. This leader will identify high‑impact growth opportunities, shape enterprise‑level initiatives, and align the organization around the priorities that expand market share, strengthen loyalty, and enhance long‑term competitiveness. The ideal candidate is a commercially minded strategist who excels at solving ambiguous problems, influencing at the highest levels, and converting strategy into visible business outcomes.

Requirements

  • 10-15+ years of experience in commercial strategy, partnerships, or corporate development, ideally within aviation, consulting, or other premium consumer sectors.
  • Proven success translating market and customer insights into growth strategy and execution.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate across Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations to achieve revenue and market share goals.
  • Strong analytical, strategic planning, and communication skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
