The Vice President of Client Services will oversee strategic relationships and campaign fulfillment across the Sphere portfolio of Exosphere advertising and sponsorship partners. This role is central to delivering a best-in-class client experience - ensuring our partners' goals are not only met but exceeded. Acting as a senior leader within the organization, the VP will serve as a key strategic partner to the VP of Integrated Marketing & Sponsorship, helping to shape and scale processes that support the execution of complex brand partnerships. In close collaboration with Sales, Sphere Studios, Venue Operations, Integrated Marketing, and external agencies, this role ensures flawless campaign delivery, builds strong client relationships, and identifies opportunities for upsell, renewal, or new lines of business. This is a highly client-facing role that requires both strategic leadership and a hands-on approach to execution, particularly in support of partnership activations, sponsorship fulfillment, and on-the-ground brand experiences in Las Vegas.
