About The Position

- The Vice President of Citrus County Outpatient Services at LifeStream Behavioral Center is responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of outpatient services within Citrus County. This leadership role involves strategic planning, operational management, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality behavioral health services to meet the needs of the community.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field from an accredited institution.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in behavioral health services, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record in managing outpatient services and programs.
  • Experience in developing and implementing strategic plans for service delivery in a behavioral health setting.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and financial operations effectively.
  • Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact effectively with staff, clients, and stakeholders.
  • Comprehensive understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance in behavioral health services.
  • Ability to analyze data and metrics to drive improvements and efficiencies in service delivery.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions in complex situations.
  • Proficiency in using healthcare management software and tools.
  • Commitment to continuous improvement and professional development in the field of behavioral health.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance outpatient services and align them with the organization's goals and objectives.
  • Oversee day-to-day operations of outpatient services, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational standards.
  • Lead and mentor a team of healthcare professionals, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of programs and services, making necessary adjustments to improve patient outcomes.
  • Collaborate with other departments and external partners to enhance service delivery and community outreach.
  • Manage budgets and financial performance, ensuring efficient use of resources and achievement of financial targets.
  • Represent LifeStream Behavioral Center in community and professional settings, advocating for mental health awareness and services.
  • Ensure continuous quality improvement in service delivery through data analysis and feedback from patients and staff.
