Requirements

15+ years proven experience managing large portfolios in the C5ISR defense or intelligence sectors, with a strong track record of delivering results in dynamic environments.
Expertise with US Army and/or DIA programs, capabilities, and operational knowledge.
Exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and develop high-performing teams.
Deep understanding of the DoD acquisition lifecycles, contracting mechanisms, and mission sponsor communities
Strategic mindset and business acumen, with the ability to align portfolio growth with organizational goals.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage effectively with customers, employees, and cross-functional teams.
A passion for innovation and a commitment to delivering solutions that support national security objectives.
US Citizenship and active Secret Clearance required to start: Top Secret Clearance preferred

Responsibilities

Portfolio Leadership: Manage a $35M+ portfolio of C5ISR programs, ensuring successful project execution and customer satisfaction across multiple contracts in a dynamic funding and customer environment.
Team Development: Lead and mentor a team of 50+ technical employees, fostering career growth and cultivating a culture of excellence, collaboration, and innovation.
Strategic Growth: Partner closely with the business development team to shape the pipeline, identify opportunities, and drive year-over-year growth for the portfolio.
Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring alignment with customer needs and delivering solutions that exceed expectations.
On-Site Leadership: Maintain a significant presence at our Aberdeen, MD location, serving as a visible and accessible leader for both employees and customers.
