As a Portfolio Manager, you will manage and grow a portfolio of commercial relationships while ensuring strong credit quality and risk management. You’ll analyze complex financial data, support relationship growth, and identify opportunities to expand client solutions. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or equivalent experience
  • 4+ years of experience in commercial, corporate, CRE, or specialized banking
  • 4+ years managing complex credit structures
  • Ability to lawfully drive with access to reliable transportation

Nice To Haves

  • 2+ years of sales or relationship management experience
  • 2+ years of formal credit training
  • CFA designation

Responsibilities

  • Manage and monitor a portfolio of commercial relationships to ensure credit quality, compliance, and performance.
  • Analyze financial statements and loan requests to recommend sound credit structures aligned with policy.
  • Partner with Relationship Managers to deepen client relationships and support retention and growth.
  • Identify and refer cross-sell opportunities across deposits, treasury, capital markets, and specialty services.
  • Oversee renewals, credit reviews, and ongoing risk monitoring, taking action as needed.
  • Collaborate with credit, operations, and internal partners to deliver timely, high-quality client solutions.
  • Participate in loan approval presentations and contribute to portfolio and regional initiatives.
