About The Position

Responsible for high level building and managing opportunities with new and existing clients utilizing proven marketing, sales process, and consultative selling techniques.

Requirements

  • Experience with sales and marketing of BPO products and services for healthcare solutions and services.
  • Demonstrate subject matter expertise, credibility and effective partnering with clients and colleagues to identify and evaluate opportunities and arrive at solutions.
  • Commercial drive and a proven ability to penetrate the required market and ensure closure of sales.
  • Takes initiative, positive and proactive, dedicated, focused and revenue and target driven.
  • Experience in reporting on key production metrics
  • Outstanding communication ability
  • Excellent organizational and leaderships skills
  • Attention to detail.
  • Strong decision-making skills and a results-driven approach
  • Must be willing to travel (client visits, conferences etc.)
  • At least 5 years’ management experience in related field or industry; or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • BSc/BA in Business Administration, Healthcare or relevant field is preferred

Nice To Haves

  • Previous Healthcare Outsourcing BPO experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Provide leadership in driving strategy, services, and innovation that will grow ADEC’s Healthcare Solutions business.
  • Establish and bring in new logos through business development and brand awareness in accordance with the goal set by the Executive Leadership
  • Coordination with the existing clientele to strengthen its relationship, leading to organic growth.
  • Build, train and manage strong Sales/Account Managers to expand market shares for both payers and providers.
  • Structure, update and maximize use of Company CRM for both sales and marketing activities.
  • Work with marketing to develop marketing collaterals, release marketing campaigns including social media and the improvement of the Company website.
  • Develop channel partners that will increase and support new growth
  • Prepare annual, quarterly, and monthly Sales forecast as well as variance analysis for presentation to the Executive Leadership
  • Organize and represent the company at seminars and other industry-related networking events.
  • Collaborate with on-shore and off-shore team with respect to all sales activities for alignment and sharing of best practices
