This position supports the function of the Senior Companion Program. High customer service skills are required. Duties will include: intake and assessment of clients for the program, assigning clients to volunteers, and volunteer management. Record monthly volunteer hours into volunteer software system, print monthly stipend checks and upkeep of volunteer and client records. Position will also assist other staff with enrolling new volunteers, performing background screenings on new applications, planning monthly training meetings, yearly recognition events and providing general support to volunteers and volunteer sites. Background screening required prior to acceptance of position.
