The Volunteer Services Manager leads and grows Unity’s volunteer programs to maximize engagement, impact, and alignment with the organization’s mission. This role develops strategy, oversees daily operations, and collaborates across departments to ensure a meaningful volunteer experience. The Manager plays a key role in building and sustaining a skilled and inspired volunteer workforce that strengthens Unity’s ability to serve patients, families, and communities. Schedule: Full-time, salaried position working 40–45 hours per week, first shift. Occasional weekend commitments are required, including approximately two weekend volunteer orientations per year, as well as volunteer expos or other events that may be held in the evening or on weekends as needed.
