The Voluntary Sales Consultant (VSC) is a key member of the Employee Benefits Sales Enablement Team, supporting Voluntary Account Executives (VAEs) throughout the presale process. The VSC acts as the primary resource, coordinating major tasks for new business (5000+ lives), ensuring a seamless experience for brokers and internal partners. This highly collaborative and detail-oriented role is critical to driving new business growth and delivering best-in-class service.
