Job Description The VoIP Implementation Technician performs multiple duties in the implementation of a VoIP Phone System. They perform a site survey and document the existing network environment. Installation and termination of any new CAT5/6 cables as needed. Places and connects to the network all new devices associated with the project (VoIP phones, IP Speakers, ATAs). Installs the new VoIP solution on the client site and interfaces with a web GUI to set up the initial configurations per client specifications. Provides onsite client support during the first day of new solution operation. Conducts basic training for all staff during the first day of use. Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
