MEANINGFUL WORK AND PERSONAL IMPACT As a VoIP Engineer, the work you’ll do at GDIT will be impactful to the mission of U.S. Army Europe. You will play a crucial role in providing mission command support. Patching the different components. Additionally, they need have the ability to download needed STIG viewer and the different STIGs that apply to the UC environment. Registering and troubleshooting endpoints, VTC devices, and Jabber clients Configuring and troubleshooting trunks as well as dial plans, route patterns, and translations. WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED Bring your engineering expertise along with a drive for innovation to GDIT. The Network Engineer must have: Education: Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of Science Experience: 2+ years of related experience Technical skills: Understanding of the STIG process; Ability to to patch the different components. Familiarity with Cisco Call Manager; Ability to register and troubleshoot endpoints, VTC devices, and Jabber clients; Experience Configuring and troubleshooting trunks; Dial plans, route patterns, and translations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of Science
  • 2+ years of related experience
  • Understanding of the STIG process
  • Ability to to patch the different components
  • Familiarity with Cisco Call Manager
  • Ability to register and troubleshoot endpoints, VTC devices, and Jabber clients
  • Experience Configuring and troubleshooting trunks
  • Dial plans, route patterns, and translations
  • Candidate must possess DoD 8570 IAT Level II certification on Day 1.
  • Candidate must obtain ITIL Foundation certification within 90 days of hire.
  • Candidate must have CCNA, preference for candidates with CCNP Collaboration, CCNP Enterprise, CCIE Enterprise (Infrastructure or Wireless), or CCIE Collaboration.
  • Must be able to pass German TESA requirements
