About The Position
ASG is seeking a VOIP Engineer to support a mission-critical, 24x7x365 enterprise network environment. This role is responsible for maintaining continuous network connectivity for supported locations worldwide through proactive monitoring, troubleshooting, documentation, and escalation of network and system events. ?
Requirements

- Active Secret Security Clearance?
- DoD 8140 (441) Network Operations Qualified – Intermediate
Nice To Haves
- Prior NOC, help desk, or IT support experience.
- Basic understanding of networking principles.
- Familiarity with Cisco networking and VOIP equipment.
- Experience using a ticket tracking system such as Remedy.
- Cisco CCNA
Responsibilities
- Monitor enterprise VOIP networks and systems for availability and performance.
- Respond to documents and escalate incidents through resolution.?
- Utilize monitoring and ticketing tools including Remedy, Netcool, Splunk, SolarWinds, and Cisco ISE.
- Troubleshoot WAN, LAN, VOIP, wireless, desktop, and application connectivity issues.
- Communicate clearly with users and escalation teams.
- Maintain accurate documentation and follow established procedures.
- Other duties as assigned.
