About The Position
The Voice Network Engineer I is responsible for the upkeep, configuration and reliable operation of collaboration, video and telecommunication systems. This individual may acquire, install or upgrade collaboration, video or telecommunications software and hardware, and troubleshoot these solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in an IT related field or Associate Degree in an Information Technology field plus three years of relevant work experience or four years of relevant work experience and a current industry or technology certification.
- Competency in networking in an enterprise environment for one or more of the following technologies: Cisco Communications Manager Cisco Contact Center Solutions Cisco voice gateways Cisco Collaboration and Video Solutions AVAYA or Mitel PBX systems
- State of Wisconsin valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
