We are seeking a self-motivated Vocational Rehabilitation Specialist to lead our mission on the ground in Martinsburg. The Impact: What You’ll Do Advocate & Negotiate: Act as the professional liaison between your clients and local business partners, securing "win-win" employment matches. On-the-Ground Coaching: Provide "real-time" support during orientations, new hire paperwork, and the first critical weeks of a new role. Solve for Accessibility: Identify and implement assistive technologies and reasonable accommodations to level the playing field. Foster Integration: Help clients build "natural supports" within their new teams to ensure long-term retention and social connection. Mobile Management: Manage your caseload independently using a company-provided tablet and reimbursed travel (full mileage covered).
