This position will focus on Vendor Management projects. Schedule: Monday through Friday from 7:00 am to 4:00 pm

Requirements

  • 1 - 2 years of relevant Sales or Project Management experience
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Valid state issued license is .
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, SharePoint, Access, etc.)
  • Detail-orientated with a proven ability to organize and prioritize work

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s Degree is preferred
  • Industry knowledge is preferred
  • Project Management Professional certification highly desirable

Responsibilities

  • Work onsite in the customer’s inventory supply room to manage Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI) processes.
  • Conduct daily inventory checks to ensure stock accuracy and availability.
  • Write and process orders to replenish inventory, ensuring timely restocking to meet customer needs.
  • Stock and organize inventory in the supply room for efficient access.
  • Collaborate with onsite contractors to provide quotes, fulfill orders, and address immediate product needs.
  • Deliver personalized customer service through timely responses and accurate order processing.
  • May be responsible for providing driver duties and responsibilities
