Visual Design Lead

ERC PathlightAspen, CO
14h$100,000 - $125,000Remote

About The Position

Although this is a lead-level position, it is a hands-on design role. The Visual Design Lead contributes directly to day‑to-day design work—concepting, creating, refining, and producing visual assets across channels. This role does not oversee a team or focus on delegating tasks; instead, it leads through craft excellence, collaboration, and ownership of the work from concept through execution. The Visual Design Lead sits within the Marketing team and partners closely with Creative, Digital, Product, Strategy, and Clinical stakeholders to shape and evolve ERC Pathlight’s visual brand and digital experience. This role provides visual design leadership by translating brand and business strategy into high-quality, user-centered design across channels and platforms. The Visual Design Lead is responsible for elevating visual storytelling, maintaining and evolving the design system, and delivering cohesive, accessible, and high-performing design solutions across web, email, social, print, and campaign experiences. This role exercises independent judgment in establishing visual standards, design approaches, and design solutions that support brand strategy, user experience, and business objectives. Through strong collaboration and hands-on design execution, this role ensures brand consistency, design excellence, and a seamless experience across devices—supporting organizational goals and improving access to care.
