About The Position
Minimum Qualifications Must hold a graduate degree in a relevant field. Relevant professional experiences in educational or other settings as appropriate to the specific course. Content and pedagogical knowledge are required for the specific course. Ability to teach adult learners. Experience teaching or working directly with students online. Demonstrated commitment to and teaching in diverse settings, as well as working with students from culturally and linguistically diverse communities. Preferred Qualifications Prior higher education teaching experience. Appropriate California teaching credential if applicable to program requirement. Experience and sensitivity in working with people of diverse backgrounds and cultures. Demonstrated experience in advancing social justice, equity, and inclusion in a university setting. Ability to engage and integrate culturally responsive practices and knowledge in their work.
