Requirements

1–2 years of commission-based sales experience
High school diploma or GED
A passion for helping people and achieving goals
Strong communication and objection-handling skills
Ability to thrive in a performance-driven environment
Willingness to obtain a valid Timeshare Agent License

Responsibilities

Deliver engaging presentations over the phone to existing owners
Build rapport and establish trust with prospective and current owners
Showcase the benefits of traveling with Worldmark
Close deals using proven techniques – no cold calling! All leads are prequalified and provided by us
Participate in advanced sales and career training to sharpen your skills
