The Role We are seeking a Virtual Programming Manager who is equally skilled in producing, marketing, and operations management. You will own our webinar and virtual event program from the initial spark of an idea to the final post-event lead report. This isn't just about "hitting record" on Zoom. We need someone with High EQ to manage world-class speakers, design chops to create beautiful assets, and a growth mindset to turn our webinars into a massive engine for lead generation and community engagement.

Requirements

  • B2B SaaS Veteran: 4–7 years of experience in B2B marketing, ideally within the SaaS or HR Tech space. You understand the nuances of the B2B buyer’s journey.
  • High EQ & Communication: You are a natural "people person" who can build quick rapport with C-suite speakers and keep a calm, friendly demeanor during live events.
  • Organization Extraordinaire: You have a "zero-drop" policy. You can juggle multiple event timelines, speaker follow-ups, and marketing deadlines without breaking a sweat.
  • Technical & Design Savvy: Proficient in Canva, email marketing platforms, and CRM/Automation tools (e.g., HubSpot).
  • Time Zone Alignment: You are comfortable and available to moderate live events during our peak window: 11:00 AM – 4:00 PM ET.

Nice To Haves

  • Direct experience producing webinars (Zoom Events, Goldcast, ON24, etc.).
  • A background in content marketing or community building.
  • Knowledge of the HR Tech landscape.

Responsibilities

  • Production & Execution: Own the full lifecycle of webinars and virtual summits. Provide live technical support, moderate sessions, and ensure a "flawless broadcast" experience for both speakers and attendees.
  • Speaker & Stakeholder Management: Act as the main point of contact for guest speakers and sponsors. Build rapport, coordinate schedules, and run tech rehearsals to ensure everyone is set up for success.
  • Marketing & Promotion: Plan and execute multi-channel promotion strategies (Email, LinkedIn, Slack communities) to drive registrations. Manage automated pre- and post-event communication flows.
  • Creative Content: Use Canva to design engaging decks, speaker cards, and social media assets. After the event, produce "highlight reels" and bite-sized content for social media.
  • Operations & Data: Manage registration pages, audience data, and lead hand-offs. Track KPIs and report on the ROI of each session to the leadership team.
  • Strategy & Growth: Experiment with new formats, interactive elements, and giveaways to increase audience retention and long-term brand loyalty.
