Requirements

• Active North Carolina LCMHC or LMFT license
• Master’s degree in Counseling, MFT, or related field
• Experience in outpatient mental health services
• Strong documentation and organizational skills
• Ability to manage a full-time remote caseload

Responsibilities

• Provide scheduled individual therapy sessions via telehealth
• Complete clinical assessments and treatment planning
• Monitor progress and adjust care as needed
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
• Communicate clinical updates with internal teams
• Follow state and organizational clinical guidelines
