Requirements

• Active Michigan LMFT, LPC, or LCSW license
• Master’s degree in a behavioral health field
• Experience in clinical mental health practice
• Strong organizational and documentation skills
• Comfortable providing care in a fully remote setting

Responsibilities

• Conduct virtual therapy sessions on a set schedule
• Assess client needs and establish treatment goals
• Maintain accurate and compliant clinical documentation
• Adjust treatment approaches based on client progress
• Communicate professionally with internal teams
