Requirements

• Master’s degree in a mental health-related field
• Active Vermont license (LMFT, LCMHC, or LCSW)
• Experience in outpatient or telehealth therapy
• Reliable internet and private remote workspace

Responsibilities

• Provide virtual therapy sessions using secure platforms
• Create and maintain treatment plans aligned with client goals
• Track progress and update clinical records
• Maintain compliance with licensing and ethical standards
• Coordinate with internal support staff when needed
