Requirements

• Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or Marriage & Family Therapy
• Virginia license (LPC, LCSW, LMFT)
• At least 2 years of clinical therapy experience
• Strong telehealth communication skills

Responsibilities

• Lead telehealth sessions using secure platforms
• Create individualized care plans with measurable goals
• Document services promptly and thoroughly
• Partner with other clinicians for coordinated client care
• Continue building your expertise with professional training
