Job Description: Renewal by Andersen is hiring an Installation Completion Specialist to join our Central North Carolina team! The position is based in our Greensboro office. We are looking for candidates with construction or carpentry experience.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1+ years of customer service skills
  • 1+ years of field experience (construction, carpentry, etc.)
  • Computer literacy and ability to navigate systems
  • Experience with assisting customers from start to finish in a multistep process project
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to multitask
  • Strong competence in MS Office software
  • High attention to detail
  • Strong organizational abilities

Responsibilities

  • Provides clear and timely direction to the Lead Installer and Service Technicians to address and resolve onsite issues.
  • Initiates service requests when necessary, including capturing detailed photographs of the job site, composing a concise and accurate description of the issue, and documenting relevant serial numbers and equipment details.
  • Maintains up-to-date and thorough documentation in the CRM system based on inspection findings.
  • Initiates collection efforts for final payment when the project is deemed substantially complete.
  • Engages with customers to confirm satisfaction and addresses any concerns.
  • Collaborates closely with the Customer Care Manager to ensure an exceptional customer experience and upholds service excellence standards.
  • Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
