About The Position

We're hiring a responsive and professional Virtual Chat Support agent to assist our patients and clients online. If you're a fast type with a helpful attitude and great written communication — we want to hear from you.

Requirements

  • 1+ year of chat support or online customer service experience
  • Excellent written communication and grammar skills
  • Typing speed of 45+ WPM with accuracy
  • Comfortable managing multiple chats at once
  • Reliable internet and a quiet home workspace

Nice To Haves

  • Medical or healthcare background is a plus but not required

Responsibilities

  • Respond to patient and client inquiries in real time via live chat
  • Provide helpful information on services, scheduling, and billing
  • Handle multiple chat conversations simultaneously with professionalism
  • Document all interactions accurately in our support system
  • Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate department
  • Maintain patient privacy and confidentiality per HIPAA guidelines
