About The Position

We're hiring a friendly and professional Online Chat Support agent to assist our patients and clients through our digital support platform. If you're a quick responder with great written skills and a passion for helping people — this role is for you.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to patient and client inquiries in real time via our online chat platform
  • Provide accurate information on medical services, appointments, billing, and general support
  • Handle multiple chat conversations simultaneously with professionalism and accuracy
  • Log and document all chat interactions in our support and CRM systems
  • Escalate unresolved or complex issues to the appropriate team or department
  • Deliver a warm, helpful, and professional experience in every interaction
  • Adhere strictly to HIPAA guidelines and patient confidentiality policies
