Requirements

Responsibilities

Assist users with troubleshooting common software issues and guide them through product features.
Identify and escalate complex problems to appropriate technical teams.
Document chat interactions and update customer records accurately.
Maintain knowledge of product updates, policies, and procedures to provide accurate information.
Contribute to continuous improvement by sharing customer feedback and insights with the team.
