Job Description: Join Job Duck as a Bilingual Case Manager and become a trusted partner for clients navigating personal injury matters. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact, guiding clients through each stage of their case with clarity, empathy, and confidence. Your day-to-day work will balance client communication, coordination with medical providers and insurance companies, and precise case documentation that keeps matters moving forward. This position is ideal for someone who thrives on follow-up, values proactive service, and enjoys combining compassion with assertive problem-solving. You will make a direct impact by ensuring clients feel informed, supported, and confident in the progress of their case while collaborating closely with attorneys and paralegals.

Responsibilities

  • Verify insurance coverage details and update internal case files accurately
  • Update attorneys and paralegals on case progress, issues, and findings
  • Send letters of representation and support post intake case development
  • Manage medical provider billing to ensure accuracy and proper processing
  • Handle documentation, maintain organized case files, and follow up on missing or incomplete records
  • Request, follow up on, and track medical records from healthcare providers and facilities
  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and maintaining ongoing communication
