As VIP Marketing Strategy & Innovation Specialist you are expected to understand Caesars VIP programs and strategy, have a project management skill set, be familiar with Agile methodologies, and possess an understanding of Salesforce Administration with the ability to configure, test and deploy solutions in a fast passed iterative environment. You will leverage your ability to articulate that knowledge and write user stories that drive continuous improvement and delivery of VIP capabilities, and marketing product technology. Additionally, you will be customer driven, collaborating closely with VIP Strategy & Support team members, IT delivery resources, scrum masters, analytics teams, property leadership groups, and vendors to gather requirements, troubleshoot, and intake requests to qualify into a product backlog. Being an empowered self-starter, self-organizing and working effectively with stakeholders and product team members is critical to the success of the individual in this Specialist role.
