About The Position

The Volunteer for International Experience (VIE) is a unique international program sponsored by the French Ministries of Europe and Foreign Affairs, the Ministry of Economy and Finance and the Ministry of Ecological Transition and Territorial Cohesion, open to Airbus to offer young professionals the opportunity to have valuable paid work experience abroad in a technical or business function. VIE Main Requirements: ● European Union citizens (plus Norway, Iceland, Liechtenstein, and Monaco), graduates up to and including 28 years old (a V.I.E. mission can begin no later than the day of the twenty-ninth birthday) ● Have fulfilled military obligations for their country, if any ● Must be registered on the Mon Volontariat International website before the age of 28 For more information: https://mon-vie-via.businessfrance.fr/ (in English, German, Italian and Spanish) The contract duration of VIE is between 6 to 24 months. A VIE for a Field Service Business Operations & Digital Transformation has arisen within Airbus Commercial Aircraft / Airbus America International Latin America Services in Miami. You will join the Field Service Latin America & Caribbean Team. The Field Service Teams provide the primary interface with Customers for Customer Services subjects to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction and Safe Operation. Field Service Teams ensure to build a relationship of trust and a successful partnership with the Customer by being the frontline contact within the station In their daily work, Field Service Teams promote & protect the Airbus image. Field Service Teams are the frontline contact with our Customers in case of technical issues. They assist the airline with AOG & incident inquiries They play a major role in solving problems before growing in scope and becoming sensitive subjects. VIE Field Service Business Operations & Digital Transformation Assistant are also supporting the Field Service Director for the region process of optimization and digitalisation.

Responsibilities

  • Support the Field Service Miami hub (HUBMIA) digital transformation as well as technical business support for daily customer queries inflow optimization
  • Supporting the FSD to continue the digitalization of the region by leading projects to Create performance Dashboard and index trackers (SalesForce, Skywise, Qlink, Google for Work solutions).
  • Support the regional Fleet Performance team by creating reports and dashboards that can streamline the efficiency of the interaction between the regional Field Service team and the Fleet Efficiency team
  • Support Customer Service regional organization by creating reports and dashboards that can streamline the efficiency of the interaction between the regional Field Service team and regional Customer Services dept
