We are seeking a proactive and tech-savvy VIE to join our team as a Business operations improvement Analyst. In this role, you will be a key driver of operational excellence across our US local offices. Your mission will be to identify opportunities to optimize suppliers’ data processing, work with the teams to use cross-offices skills to automate manual tasks and reporting, and standardize processes between offices to improve how we work. As such, You will be in charge of collecting various initiatives and defining enablers to foster them. This is a hands-on role where you will leverage the Google Workspace ecosystem, particularly Google Apps Script and potentially Python, to build solutions that save time and improve data quality. Success in this position requires a blend of technical skill, analytical thinking, and outstanding communication to champion change and bring all teams to the same level of excellence. Crucially, you will also be at the forefront of our innovation efforts, participating in experiments to integrate Artificial Intelligence (AI) into our daily operations and shaping the future of work at our company. On top, you will participate in Ad-hoc strategic and management topics, to support the head of department .
