About The Position

The Video Teleconferencing & Mobile Device Technician is responsible for providing user support for VTC communications and mobile devices in support of U.S Navy onsite headquarters staff .

Requirements

5 years of experience working with Cisco Video Teleconferencing ( VTC ) systems
High School diploma
Above average experience with C isco Video Teleconferencing systems
Above average experience with Active Directory databases
Above average experience with Microsoft Office 365 (e.g., Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Above average experience supporting Apple IOS and Android IOS
E xperience supporting VTC scheduling
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Strong attention to detail skills
Ability to establish and maintain positive interpersonal relationships
Ability to collaborate and problem-solve in a team environment
Must have an active Secret security clearance to be considered
Ability to maintain a DoD Clearance
U.S. Citizenship

Responsibilities

Provide s technical and VTC systems modernization support services to headquarters officer staff
Provide s computer resource and technical services related to the maintenance and modernization of Fla Officer and Staff VTC systems
P rovide s configuration and end user support for government mobile devices
E nsure s VTC systems are operational daily
C ommunicat es VTC outages a nd scheduled maintenance to command as needed
S chedule s VTC resources and initiate s video conferences
