About The Position

The VTC Facilitator Lead provides technical leadership and operational oversight for secure and non-secure video teleconferencing services. This role ensures reliable scheduling, setup, operation, and troubleshooting of VTC systems across multiple platforms and facilities, supporting mission-critical communications for senior leadership and distributed participants.

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of experience operating VTCs within the Defense Commercial Telecommunications Network (DCTN) or equivalent environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Broadcasting, or related field OR four additional years of relevant experience.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a SECRET clearance.
• U.S. Citizenship required.

Nice To Haves

• Preferably 2 years of experience using DISN Video Services II.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day VTC operations, including scheduling, initiation, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
• Support secure and non-secure VTC environments in accordance with DISN and DCTN requirements.
• Coordinate multi-site and cross-organization VTC events.
• Serve as the primary technical escalation point for VTC-related issues.
• Provide direct support to senior leadership, command staff, and external participants.
• Assist customers with Teams, Zoom, WebEx, and DoD-approved conferencing tools.
• Support high-visibility meetings, briefings, and command events.
• Maintain VTC logs, schedules, and operational documentation.
• Ensure compliance with cybersecurity and information assurance requirements.
