About The Position

The clinic is seeking a high-level Video Editor & Social Media Assistant to serve as a dual-threat specialist in digital growth and patient relations. This role is designed for a unique professional who is as comfortable behind an editing suite as they are on the phone with patients. You will be the bridge between the clinic’s creative output and its high-standard patient care, ensuring that every patient feels supported after their visit while growing our community online.

Requirements

  • Video Editing Proficiency: Expert use of CapCut, Canva, or professional-grade suites (Adobe Premiere/Final Cut).
  • Telephony & Communication: Comfortable making outbound calls to U.S.-based patients with native-level or fluent English.
  • Administrative Tech: Proficiency in G-Suite and the ability to quickly learn Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems.
  • Content Scheduling: Familiarity with social media management tools for automated posting.
  • Empathetic Communicator: Ability to maintain a "warm and caring" tone during sensitive patient follow-ups.
  • Autonomous Self-Starter: Ability to "read between the lines" to identify patient needs or creative opportunities without constant oversight.
  • Highly Organized: Skilled at juggling creative deadlines with a structured call schedule.
  • Professional Reliability: Consistently professional demeanor as a representative of a physician-led practice.

Responsibilities

  • Creative Video Production: Edit engaging short-form content for Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts, including adding dynamic captions, hooks, and trend-aligned edits.
  • Patient Advocacy & Outreach: Conduct follow-up calls to patients post-visit to monitor progress, answer non-medical questions, and assist in scheduling follow-up appointments with a warm, professional tone.
  • Social Media Management: Organize and schedule the content calendar to ensure a consistent and professional digital footprint.
  • Administrative Tracking: Document all patient interactions meticulously and maintain clear communication channels with the clinical team.
  • Patient Retention: Serve as the primary touchpoint for patient satisfaction, ensuring a "white-glove" experience that encourages long-term clinic loyalty.
