About The Position

The Video Communications Specialist is responsible for the conceptualization, creation, management, and organization of comprehensive video and photography assets that support Centreville Bank’s brand, products, and corporate communication initiatives. This role plays a key part in telling Centreville Bank’s story through compelling visual content that strengthens brand awareness, employee experience, customer engagement, and business growth across multiple channels. Produces high-quality video content with a focus on sharing the story and voice of Centreville Bank as it relates to our strategic plans and Bank initiative. Develops cross-functional video content to be shared and utilized across the Bank for communication purposes. Lead end-to-end production of photo and video assets from initial concept and planning to final delivery. Responsible for asset management, including organizing, maintaining and optimizing video and photography libraries for efficient use across multiple teams. Curate video content that depicts culture, employee and customer experience at Centreville Bank in various media forms. Produce, capture and edit internal and external content to be shared across multiple channels. Collaborate with internal stakeholders across the organization to capture content to be communicated both internally and externally. Support Marketing and Community Development teams by developing integrated campaigns, leveraging video as a core communications asset Advise on best practices for short-form videos and assets to ensure consistency across multiple channels.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in film production, video production, communications, digital media, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and professional experience
  • 3–5 years of professional video production experience
  • Portfolio or reel demonstrating strong video production skills across a variety of formats and platforms
  • Proven experience managing end-to-end video production from concept through final delivery
  • Understanding of accessibility standards for visual and multimedia content
  • Strong storytelling abilities and command of visual narrative techniques
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Experience creating animated designs and GIFs preferred
  • Expert proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or equivalent)
  • Expert proficiency in motion graphics software (Adobe After Effects, Motion, or equivalent)
  • Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Audition)
  • Experience with professional video cameras, lighting equipment, and audio recording devices
  • Understanding of video formats and compression for various delivery platforms
  • Knowledge of color correction, audio mixing, and post-production workflows

  • Experience managing and organizing digital media asset libraries
