Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience in a communications role, preferably within a corporate or nonprofit environment.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a strong attention to detail.
Proficiency in social media platforms and content management systems.
Familiarity with media relations and experience in handling press inquiries.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute comprehensive communication strategies that align with organizational goals.
Write, edit, and distribute a variety of communication materials, including press releases, newsletters, and social media content.
Manage media relations, including building and maintaining relationships with journalists and influencers.
Monitor and analyze communication trends to adjust strategies and improve effectiveness.
Coordinate internal communications to ensure consistent messaging and strengthen employee engagement.
Plan and execute promotional campaigns for events, initiatives, and programs.
