About The Position

About this role Company: BlackRock Financial Management, Inc. Job Title: Vice President Location: 725 Ponce De Leon Avenue NE Atlanta, GA 30306 Job Duties: Build ad campaigns end-to-end from conception to defining objectives, execution, tracking, and reporting. Develop and manage personalization strategy for campaigns on company marketing automation tool, Eloqua, to improve response rates and run life-cycle based campaigns. Perform day to day email marketing activities including, but not limited to, build target audiences, establish governance for responsive communication, and report on customer engagement insights. Responsible for segmentation, lead scoring, lifecycle staging, and progressive profiling. Plan inbound and outbound workflow. Customize multi-step nurtures by email and web behavioral tokens. Define and maintain overall optimization program (site, landing pages, forms and calls-to-actions). Use iterative approach to optimization (hypothesize, design, test, measure, optimize), deriving actionable insights from the results, formulating new experiment ideas and hypotheses, while implementing winning results.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Electronics Engineering, Computer Science, Management Science and Engineering, Finance, Economics, or related field and 72 months of experience in job offered, or related occupation.
  • ALT REQUIREMENTS: Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Electronics Engineering, Computer Science, Management Science and Engineering, Finance, Economics, or related field, and 48 months of experience.
  • Requires four years of experience in the following: Martech platforms including Eloqua or Adobe Target; Front-end technologies including HTML, CSS, Java and JavaScript; In-house data platforms including Aladdin Data Studio and Marketing DB; and Requirements gathering and building custom solutions to enhance end user solutions on websites and email marketing channels.
  • Requires two years of experience in the following: Adobe experience platform and google or Adobe analytics; and SQL and Python.
