In conjunction with Service Area CFO, the Vice President of Acute Care Finance provides strategic and operational leadership and direction in the development and implementation of the financial management of the acute care hospitals of THNY. The VP will collaborate with leadership within other divisions' budgeting, accounting and revenue cycle functions for THNY in producing consolidated results, projections and other deliverables as requested. Develops and executes both short- and long-term financial management plans/strategies which will enable the Acute Care Divisions to maximize the potential of their financial resources to meet changes in health care economics and achieve organizational objectives for the acute care entities. Serves as a member of the Senior Leadership Team(s) participating in both operations and strategy development, planning and decision-making as it impacts the acute care operations. Employed by Trinity Health and reports to the Service Area CFO with dotted line relationships to acute care hospital leaders. ST.
