The Vice President, Total Rewards is a strategic executive leader responsible for designing, implementing, and governing a comprehensive total rewards strategy that supports a fast-growing, mission-driven healthcare organization. This role has primary accountability for enterprise compensation strategy, payroll governance, benefits design and the implementation and optimization of the Dayforce Compensation module. The VP ensures total rewards programs attract, motivate, and retain both clinical and non-clinical talent in a competitive healthcare labor market while aligning compensation and workforce investments with financial performance, quality outcomes, compliance requirements, and employee wellbeing.
