POSITION SUMMARY Reporting directly to the Chief People Officer, the Vice President of Total Rewards leads the Total Rewards function and serves as a strategic advisor on decisions that support the organization’s long-term growth and success. This role is responsible for the strategy, design, and execution of the company’s compensation, benefits, and wellbeing programs, ensuring alignment with business objectives while fostering a culture that values performance, care, and sustainability. The Vice President will oversee all aspects of total rewards, partnering closely with executive leadership, the Board of Directors, and cross-functional teams to ensure programs are competitive, compliant, financially responsible, and designed to engage and support team members in both their professional and personal wellbeing.
