BNY is seeking an experienced professional to play a key role in the development and delivery of training and awareness programs that strengthen technical knowledge and operational capability. The successful candidate will drive the full lifecycle of program execution - including content development, delivery, and impact measurement, to ensure employees are equipped with the skills required to excel in a rapidly evolving technology landscape. This role is located in Pittsburgh. In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline (e.g. Computer Science, Information Security, Technical Writing) or related experience.
  • 6 plus years of experience developing and managing training or awareness programs, preferably within cybersecurity, engineering, or technology in financial services.
  • Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts into engaging, audience-focused materials through exceptional communication and storytelling.
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously while ensuring the successful completion of each.
  • Ability to analyze and optimize engagement channels to ensure ongoing effectiveness and adoption.
  • Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and project management abilities.
  • Proficiency in technical writing tools and software.

Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver training and awareness programs aligned with BNY’s organizational goals, with a primary focus on Cybersecurity and Engineering.
  • Develop training materials and awareness content for diverse audiences (technical and non-technical), leveraging multiple formats and channels (e.g., awareness campaigns, training materials, presentations).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners and subject matter experts to ensure accuracy and relevance of content.
  • Manage program timelines, reporting, and metrics to measure effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.
  • Stay current on emerging technologies, trends, and best practices in technical training and employee engagement.
  • Implement best practices in technical writing to enhance user experience and accessibility of information.
  • Review and refine existing documentation to ensure alignment with BNY's strategic objectives and principles.
